Already in the work preparation phase, PERI convinced with its innovative ideas and clever solution proposals. In the subsequent implementation, the formwork concepts could be updated and further optimised together with the site management team. The project support provided was excellent throughout the entire construction period.


  • Comprehensive PERI formwork and scaffolding solution for the execution of a challenging building geometry
  • Realisation of the 18 m high cantilever using VARIOKIT and PERI UP Flex
  • Supporting the precast concrete elements, geometrically complex beams and slabs with PERI UP Flex shoring towers and VARIOKIT components
  • Project-specifically adapted framework-type tables based on the VARIOKIT Engineering Construction Kit and MULTIPROP shoring towers for constructing the differently cantilevered balconies
  • Delivery of the slab tables as pre-assembled elements in order to minimise on-site assembly times
  • Thanks to double-capacity on-site material volumes of the MULTIPROP sub-structure, the slab tables could also be used as working platforms with protection panels
