56 Leonard Street, United States of America
プロジェクト情報
ロケーション: New York, アメリカ合衆国
- 250-meter high residential tower in Manhattan with almost 60 floors
- 145 exclusive apartments
- 10 penthouses
The Swiss architecture firm, Herzog & de Meuron, outfitted the building with a striking design. More than 300 irregularly arranged balconies protrude from the glass facade; in some places, the floors are inwardly offset. This creates the impression that the individual floors are stacked on or moved into one another.
現場でのニーズ

- More than 300 irregularly arranged, cantilevered balconies
