Bosjes Chapel, South Africa

ロケーション: Wolseley, 南アフリカ

Based on PERI’s earlier success with similar projects, a formwork solution for the intricate chapel roof is considered to be feasible. A solution with shotcrete is chosen.

A 1:50 replica of the object is prepared at the PERI Cape Town yard for the planning process. The expert and project team is involved in the process. The concrete replica proves invaluable.

PERI was the only formwork supplier that was man-enough to price this project. From the designing, 3-D formwork modeling, site support, technical know-how and overall service was excellent.

We will gladly partner with them again on more/future projects like these - it can be done!

PERI designs a customized truss solution on GT 24 girders and MULTIPROP shoring towers. The PERI team also provides support at the jobsite.

The roof structure is formed using a combination of trusses and ribs. A total of 584 trusses are engineered with Autodesk Inventor and then produced at a local roof truss manufacturer. All trusses are marked and checked before their delivery to the jobsite.
