Fabian Kracht new managing director at PERI

From April 1, 2014 on, Dr. Fabian Kracht (35) will be the new managing director for Finance and Organization at PERI GmbH, one of the global market leaders for formwork and scaffolding.

Dr. Kracht has been working for PERI since 2005. He graduated in Business Administration and started his career in the internal PERI consulting department (Inhouse Consulting). He is currently responsible for Finance at PERI. As the managing director for Finance & Organization, he will additionally be in charge of HR, IT and legal affairs.

The shareholder family and the shareholder committee of the PERI Group are very pleased that they could make a decision in favour of an internal applicant.

The business development of the PERI Group was again very successful in 2013. An increase of 4.5 % has been achieved with a turnover of EUR 1.1 bn. PERI employs about 6,800 staff world-wide, about 1,600 of them at their headquarters in Weissenhorn, Germany, where the great majority of products for global demand is produced.
